Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Your stories remain accessible after cancellation. You'll be limited to Explorer limits (3 new stories per calendar month on the free tier) until you subscribe to Storyteller again.
